At FEA, we strive to provide high-quality, innovative essentials like our Water Bottle with Phone Holder. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a fair and simple return process.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, used bottles cannot be returned. 
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).

Non-returnable items include:

  • Used water bottles
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Custom-engraved or personalized products
  • Gift cards

2. How to Request a Return

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive a notification.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you want a replacement or different item, return the original product and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 3 days of delivery. Include photos for verification. We will offer a replacement or a full refund.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:
